Hopscaper

Hopscaper Privacy Policy

Effective 16 October 2026.

In short: Hopscaper does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The game has no servers of its own and sends nothing to us.

1. Who is responsible

Hopscaper is published by Hamdi Jomaa, entrepreneur individuel (EI), a French sole trader, 41 B rue des Roches, 45210 Ferrières-en-Gâtinais, France, SIREN 927 699 579 ("we", "us"). Contact for anything in this policy: hamdijomaa.x@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any personal data. Hopscaper contains no advertising or analytics code, and it does not use the advertising identifier.

3. What stays on your device

Your progress (best scores, level, gems, unlocked hoppers and trails, missions, records) and your settings are saved on your device so the game can remember them.

4. iCloud

If iCloud is turned on for your Apple Account, Apple keeps a copy of that progress in your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage) so it can move between your devices. It is stored and handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot see or access it.

5. Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, the game sends your scores, achievements and challenge progress to Apple's Game Center, which shows them to you and, depending on your Game Center settings, to other players (for example your nickname and score on a leaderboard). Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can play without signing in, and you can manage your Game Center profile and visibility in the Settings app › Game Center.

6. Crash reports and App Store statistics

If you chose to share analytics with app developers (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. They do not identify you, and we use them only to fix problems. You can turn this off at any time in the same place.

7. Sharing your score

The Share button makes a picture of your score card. It goes only where you choose to send it, through the system share sheet. We do not receive a copy.

8. Children

Hopscaper is made to be enjoyed by players of all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.

9. Your rights

As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Deleting the app removes the progress saved on your device; the iCloud copy and your Game Center data are tied to your Apple Account and managed by Apple. If you have any question, write to hamdijomaa.x@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or to the authority in your country.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. If Hopscaper ever started collecting data, we would say so here and in the App Store before it happened.
