Get help
Write to hamdijomaa.x@gmail.com — everyone can, whatever their plan. Pro and Lifetime members get priority support: put "Pro" in the subject line. Please include your device, the app version (Settings › About) and what you expected to happen. We answer in English or French, and do our best in other languages.
Common questions
Which devices share my content? Every device signed in to the same Kiji account, on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Purchases follow your Apple Account.
What do the plans change? How much media (images and videos) your account keeps, and support: Essential 1 GB and 200 items, Plus 5 GB and 1,000 items, Pro 25 GB, unlimited items and priority support. Lifetime is Pro, paid once, for as long as Kiji is offered.
How does the free trial work? Where a trial is offered, its length is shown in the app before you subscribe. To avoid being charged, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? On iPhone or iPad: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Kiji. On Mac: App Store › [your name] › Account Settings › Subscriptions › Manage. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are made from Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought a plan on my iPhone; the Mac still shows the paywall. Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Both devices must use the same Apple Account.
How do I export my data? In the app, open Settings and choose Export my data. You get a file with your content and account data. This works even if your plan has lapsed.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings › Account › Delete Account. Your account and everything in it is removed from our servers at once. This works even if your plan has lapsed. It does not cancel a subscription; do that in your App Store settings. If you cannot open the app, email us from the account's email address.
How do I turn analytics on or off? Settings › Privacy. Analytics is off until you agree to it in the regions that require consent (the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Korea, Brazil, Türkiye, China, Canada, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia) and on by default elsewhere; switching it off stops sending at once. Crash reports have their own switch.
How do I report illegal content? Write to the address above; see section 6 of the Terms of Use.
